Davao City Benedictine Retreat House
Working in a Catholic institution has a huge plus in terms of spiritual upliftment. Every year, we get to attend a retreat, a spiritual journey wherein sessions are done by the retreat master who serves as a guide in the journey facilitating activities that enhances spiritual life. It is also a time to relax and just be away with the everyday routine of the 8-5 work schedule.
I attended a retreat held at Benedictine Retreat House in Ulas, Davao City. Benedictine is always equated with delicious and abundant food. The Retreat House is huge and plenty of rooms. The place is so serene and very ideal for soul-searching and meditation.

They have a chapel and they also sell honey from cultured bees. Overall, having a retreat and a nice retreat house is always a treat.
